Crossmoor Farm Preserves

Crossmoor Farm Preserves produce a range of preserves (listed below) including curds and chutneys, all of which incorporate Crossmoor honey in the recipe to give them a unique flavor.

As with all Crossmoor Farm products we source, as far as possible, the main fruit and vegetable ingredients from farmers and growers in Lancashire in order to support local businesses and to reduce food miles. The fresh eggs we use in our curds come from our very own free-range eggs from rescued battery hens, and we grow our own herbs which are added to a number of our chutneys.

Because we use only the freshest seasonal ingredients all our products are made to order. The preserves are made carefully by hand in small batches in order to maintain the quality of the product and, we believe to produce a better flavour and texture. We are dedicated to using the finest natural ingredients and we add no artificial flavouring, colourings or preservatives, nor do we add emulsifiers, bulking agents or thickeners to any of our products. Our range includes a number of varieties which reflect the changing seasons in the county, as well as firm favourites which are available all year round.
